We invite Middle and High School students (ages 12-18) to join the Cape Cod Community Rowing Fall Crew program. Designed for rowers with all levels of experience, the Fall Crew program offers an opportunity to join the team and build skills toward competing in Fall regattas.

We will row as one team; Some days will be full team rows; some sessions will be split into regatta lineups. Coaches will determine boating lineups for each session and regattas.

Mon–Fri, 4–6 PM at Long Pond Beach, Harwich
Attendance at practices is critical, just like any team sport

FOCUS
Rowing as one team in bigger boats, improving technique and conditioning through land and water workouts.

GOAL
Prepare for 2-3 required Sunday regattas, TBD by Sept 1

REQUIREMENTS

• Swim test Dates TBD for those needing to test
• Prior rowing experience, or desire to learn quickly.
• Neon gear on water
• An active USRowing basic membership is required. To become a member visit USRowing . The club roster code is RVYJL
• Uniforms will be issued for races

• Attending practices is essential for preparing for competition alongside teammates.
• Practices will still be held in the event of inclement weather—the practice location is TBD.
• It is required that all participants attend and pass a swim test (date TBD) and wear neon gear while on the water.
• Regatta fees are not included in the program price.
