New to rowing? We just added a 3rd Learn to Row session May 6/8/9.  Register on the link above!

We invite Middle and High School students to join the Cape Cod Community Rowing youth team. Designed for both new and experienced rowers, our Spring program focuses on foundational rowing concepts and training to improve skills and prepare the rowers for confidence in competition. There are two youth team programs:
For Experienced Rowers
With a focus on improving skills for competition.
  • This level of Spring Crew is for experienced rowers and will focus on rowing in bigger boats. The coach will focus on technique and conditioning to improve racing skills through land and water workouts. Attendance at practices is critical to prepare with your teammates to compete at Northeast Regionals in Lowell May 18 & 19 as well as other possible regattas throughout the season.
  • Practices will be held at Long Pond Beach in Harwich Mon-Fri 4 pm-6 pm. **NO PRACTICE DURING APRIL VACATION 4/21-4/25**
For Novice Rowers
Designed for new and novice rowers who want to improve their skills on the water.
  • Novice rowers are youth from 8th grade to 12th grade who are new to the program or rowed one season with the club and need more on the water training. This session of Spring Crew is for new rowers and will focus on rowing in bigger boats. The novice team will learn technique and conditioning to improve racing skills through land and water workouts. Attendance at practices is critical to prepare with your teammates if you choose to compete. Novice rowers will also be seen on the water by the experienced coach and may be asked to move up during the season based on their progress.
  • Practices will be held at Long Pond Beach in Harwich on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4 pm-6 pm. **NO PRACTICE DURING APRIL VACATION 4/21-4/25**
