About U.S. Paralympic coach Tom Siddall
We are honored to host guest coach Tom Siddall, whose deep ties to Cape Cod and impressive international coaching achievements continue to inspire the rowing community. Siddall, a summer resident of the Cape, serves as a coach for the U.S. Paralympic Rowing Team and an assistant coach at Harvard University.
Most recently, Siddall’s leadership propelled the PR3 mixed four with coxswain team to a remarkable silver medal finish at the 2024 Paris Olympics. For his outstanding efforts and unwavering support of his athletes, Tom was awarded the Order of Ikkos by the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) on September 1, 2024, at the Team USA House. The prestigious honor bestowed upon coaches and mentors by their medal-winning athletes, symbolizing deep gratitude and recognition for their pivotal role in achieving Olympic or Paralympic success.
Tom Siddall’s presence marks an exciting opportunity for the community to hear firsthand about the journey to Paris, along with the stories that bridge elite competition, inclusivity in adaptive rowing, and an enduring passion for the sport.
